Each bedroom has air conditioning, en-suite open air bathroom, daybed and wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchens with separate dining & lounge areas, private entrances, satellite TV on 32" LCD TV, DVD and full housekeeping service. Villa Damai Manis is distinguished by its own private spa gazebo.

Villa Damai Ronda
3 bedrooms villa built on 600 m2 land area. The bedrooms open on to the swimming pool, sunbathing area & tropical gardens. Each bedroom has air conditioning, en-suite open air bathroom, daybed and wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchens with separate dining & lounge areas, private entrances, satellite TV on 32" LCD TV, DVD and full housekeeping service. Villa Ronda is distinguished by its own private spa gazebo.

Villa Damai Besar
4 bedrooms double storey villa on 900 m2 land area. The 3 bedroom located on the 1st level and the master bedroom located on the 2nd level. The bedrooms open on to the swimming pool, sunbathing area & tropical gardens. Each bedroom has air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, daybed and wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchens with separate dining & lounge areas, private entrances, satellite TV on 42" Plasma TV, DVD and full housekeeping service.

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefit:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival
   - Welcome drink, tropical fruit basket and flower upon arrival
   - 1 x Continental Breakfast (first morning only)
   - Maid service from 8 am - 4 pm
   - Fully equipment kitchen, water dispenser & 1 gallon mineral water, refrigerator and dining area
   All rates are subject to 10% government tax.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31 and September 1 - 15.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 15 - January 15, all Indonesian and Singaporean Public Holidays, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
