1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival with private air-conditioned vehicle
   - Personalized check-in service upon arrival in the villa
   - Refreshing welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
   - Welcome fruit basket upon arrival
   - Daily breakfast for 2 person per room

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - August 31, Chinese New Year, and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: December 25 - January 10.
   Minimum Stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Extra Person
   - Extra person using extra bed is at additional charge of US$ 40 per person per night during low season and at US$ 45 per person per night during high season, inclusive breakfast.
   - Maximum occupancy 2 persons per room.
