Villa Harmony

Villa Harmony was build in late 2009 on land size of 225 square metres, is in a cul de sac area away from all city noises and surrounded by rice paddy fields. This villa is designed for business travellers, small families as well as small groups on holiday in a private, efficient and a very comfortable environment in Batu Belig Street, North Seminyak, Bali.

Our affordable two storey villa provides two bedrooms & 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, changing room and cable TV with 65 channels. This villa also has a private swimming pool with outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen with two door fridge/freezer, Wi-Fi broadband internet access throughout the villa and a trained Guest Service Representative who is ready to help you with your enquiries.

Villa Harmony is managed by the owner, a local who has spent many years in New Zealand and is currently living in Australia. Villa Harmony 1 and 2
Located immediately next door to one another, each two-storey marble-floored villa is open at the front to it's own small walled garden dominated by a 7 x 3.5m swimming pool, complete with a water cascade, timber pool deck and pool shower, flowering trees and shrubs. The ground floor of each incorporates a living and dining area and integrated kitchen, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom and en-suite bathroom, plus a balcony-terrace, which overlooks the garden.

Fashioned in black polished granite with a carved Palimanan stone facade to its service bar, each kitchen is equipped for self-catering guests with a two-burner gas hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, blender and water dispenser. The living space in each villa is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table, while the dining area contains a glass topped table and four chairs. These rooms are cooled by an efficient, portable air-cooler. From here, glass doors open to small outdoor courtyards where the sun streams through.

All of the air-conditioned bedrooms are the same and have a Chinese feel to them, with dark wood, sliding glass doors to the living spaces or balcony decks, dark red Chinese silk cushions and bed runners, netted king-sized beds with woven wood backs, red lampshades on wooden lamps, comfy chairs, and 26-inch satellite-channel TVs and DVD players. All are complemented by separate walk-in dressing rooms and adjoining en-suites. The semi-open-air bathrooms all have non-slip acid marble floor with walls and surfaces crafted in creamy white Palimanan stone, smooth marble, Indian slate, polished black granite, and stacked slate, presenting a contrasting array of monochromatic texture. All have twin ceramic washbasins, huge wall mirrors, bathtubs with hand held showers, walk-in monsoon showers, and tiny gardens ornamented with pebbles, parlor palms and jungle vines under semi-open glass roofs. Each upper floor includes a timber balcony deck with lovely views over the rice fields and furnished with a circular daybed for two, making a peaceful spot for relaxing or reading a book. Next to this is a small roof garden.

Villa Harmony 3 - Beachside
The villa is consist of 3 units of bed room with large of swimming pool, equipped with complete facilities such as, Private kitchen set, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, blender and water dispenser. The living space in the villa with sofa and coffee table, while dining area contains of wooden table and chairs. All Rooms are equipped with air conditioner, netted king sized beds with woven wood living space and Satellite color television is available in living area and 1 Room only.

Villa Harmony 1 and 2
Batubelig is a developing area, yet still semi-rural, and rice fields to the front and rear of Harmony Villas give guests that 'real Bali' feel. The two villas are located on a small side street, with a slew of good local restaurants and cafes within 500m and the full panoply of Seminyak's offerings within three kilometres. Only 5 minutes, rugged Batu Belig beach is yours for the asking, with laidback beach shack restaurants and cafes along the sand. This sweeping beach is popular with surfers; the currents are strong but it is patrolled by lifegurards, so if you choose to swim, make sure you follow the rules and enter the water only between the red & yellow flags.

Villa Harmony 3 - beachside
This villa is still lacated in Batu Belig Area on small side street on the beach of Batu Belig - just about 2 minutes walking distabce to Batu Belig Beach, where some famous restaurant is available such as la-Barca - Warung Pantai and many more, it will be perfect place to enjoy the sunset.

2. High & Peak Seasons
   High season period: July 1 - September 16, Easter Week and Chinese New Year.
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 2.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
