Villa Rumi

This charming villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends that wish to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants in the popular Oberoi area of Seminyak. Once within the premises of Villa Rumi, a home style feeling of Bali pervades with modern amenities and a friendly staff to assist guests during their stay at the villa to have a comfortable and relaxed experience.

The "U" shape of the complex has two separate structures flanking a large open structure with a large and tasteful living area and dining area. An artistic pond with a stone walkway around a decorative wall separates this living area with a large fully equipped kitchen in the rear area.

The kitchen also connects to another entrance to the large structure on the right with a formal air-conditioned dining room (seats 10-12+ people). This room can be converted attractively into a fourth bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds, in case a fourth bedroom is required. There is an adjacent bathroom also. To the far end of this structure, the master bedroom is situated with a double door leading to the private garden. The third structure on the left has two bedrooms, and as all bedrooms the sizes are all equally large with ensuite bathrooms and a large wardrobe area. Each bedroom also comes equipped with individual TV cable, also.

The entire "U" shape of the three structures overlooks an attractive open lawn and garden with a swimming pool at the far end flanked by a pool lounge area and covered Balinese sitting area next to the pool. The staff includes a cook, maid service and night security. There is two cars parking at the entrance. The style has clean lines with a touch of traditional Balinese to assure comfort, warm and a memorable stay in Bali for vacationers.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, and December 10 - 19.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 9.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
