Villa Vanilla is a delightful complex featuring two identical holiday units in a small lane in downtown Seminyak. An interconnecting gateway links both villas to accommodate group bookings but also locks securely for individual rentals.

Villa Vanilla has been designed to cleverly make the most of a modest parcel of land in what is considered Bali's most evolving neighbourhood. Each two bedroom villa comfortably caters to the needs of up to four adult guests. However, a young couple seeking private time alone would also appreciate the stylish ambience of Villa Vanilla.

Fashionable Location
Conveniently located in central Seminyak, Villa Vanilla is within easy walking distance to a popular array of dining alternatives on Bali's celebrated 'Eat Street'. It is a fashionable area filled with trendy boutiques, contemporary galleries and after dark hot spots.

Seminyak is the place where travellers come to immerse in a tropical lifestyle. Days are spent relaxing by the pool and as night falls it is time to savour what the nearby restaurants and bars have to offer. Ngurah Rai International Airport is just 20 minutes away.

Modern Living
Villa Vanilla adheres to the basic principle of traditional Balinese architecture where the kitchen is considered the heart of the home. The garden entrance leads directly into an integrated dining space complete with a streamlined kitchen alcove.

A modern living area with minimal furnishings and a funky hanging chair tucks neatly beneath a floating staircase that accesses the villa's second level. There is a distinctive Asian styled design aesthetic that has been applied throughout this villa retreat.

Master Suite Indulgence
The master bedroom is a restful sanctuary with a generous canopied bed and a nurturing colour palette to soothe the senses. Sliding glass doors open wide for immediate access into the swimming pool to beat the heat during the day or night.

For spa inspired bathing indulgence, the en-suite bathroom is pure luxury with its semi-outdoor rain shower and double vanity. The spacious bathtub in creamy terrazzo is absolutely perfect for a leisurely soak enjoyed with or without a partner.

Upstairs Comfort
A second bedroom with its own terrace and en-suite bathroom is located upstairs. A canopied bed in crisp white linen is set up in a Hollywood twin configuration that is ideal for children. However, the mattresses also come together for adult comfort.

There is also a roof top lounging pavilion adjacent to the bathroom with bamboo blinds for that added measure of privacy. Comfortably cushioned, this is a quiet niche to catch the distant sea breeze, relax with a book or partake in a lazy afternoon siesta.

Outdoor Pleasures
The swimming pool dominates Villa Vanilla's entire outdoor environment but leaves just enough space for a small garden. An innovative timber sundeck with reclining chairs and an umbrella has been constructed like a bridge over the width of the pool.

   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not person) per night, with the following benefits:

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 30 and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 22 - January 5 and Chinese New Year.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Extra Person
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.
