Villa Staman

Villa Staman is a more modern villa with 3 separate buildings surrounding the pool each with its own bedroom and en-suite, 2 have private relaxing areas. Quite area, genuinely close to beach, shops and restaurants.

The villa location on a small cul-de-sac street offering peace and tranquility, no motor bike or traffic noise here, yet within 5 minutes walk your at the beach entering at KuDeTa’s famous beach club. Walk a little further a theres a great flea market, Seminyak Square and Shopping Mall and your in central Oberoi district of Seminyak with its restaurants and great shopping with individual chic shops offering all. Walk a different way and in 10 minutes you enter “Happy Street” with bars, some restaurants and nightlife. This is Dyanapura and from here your into Seminyak Street with a huge array of boutique shopping.

The villa to main street is well lit and safe at night.

One Bedroom Villa
One bedroom villa has a large double bed, doors to pool area included is a relaxing chair, office desk and to the side a completely private covered terrace to allow peace and relaxation, a large flat screen TV and partially covered en-suite with small garden. This building is also the main living area having a large covered open area with sofas, large dinning table and a kitchen all overlooking the garden and pool.

Two Bedroom Villa
Two bedroom villa offers a large double bed, sofa area, semi covered bathroom and separate closet. Just outside is a bule, a covered area with fan and large sofa, ideal for massages or just relaxing.

Three Bedroom Villa
Three bedroom villa has a large double bed, a large sofa which can be used as a 4th bed great for children, a large TV and indoor bathroom all leading out to the pool area.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The garden has grassed area to two sides of the large pool 11x3.5m (with optional child fence) and large wooden decking with sun loungers with as assortment of local trees, shrubs and plants.

There is space for 1 car and motorbikes.

Security is at the end of the street with Oberoi hotel bordering one side of the property making a great feeling of safety.
