Hi, Our stay at Villa West was fabulous to the T. The villa itself was so cozy and such a haven for us Singaporeans, having come from a fast paced stressful day to day life, it was such a treat to be welcomed so warmly by your staff Reza & Kadek. The villa was a heavenly treat as well. Clean, cozy, very conveniently located to amenities yet feels like worlds away. Both Reza and Kadek made sure all our needs were met and Kadek's personal touch truly touched us. We felt right at home. Or shall I say, we were spoilt! From our breakfast that was made to order, to our laundry, to getting my mangoes and salak from the market, to our day-day itinerary, places to go, directory, recommendations, the list goes on. Mbak Kadek is simply, AMAZING. We miss her dearly upon leaving the villa. We hope to return to Villa West again in the near future. Kudos to your staff for their personalised attention given to us, we were spoilt and indeed, a very exclusive vacation we had. Reza was also very helpful and understood our needs and preferences very well. It was very easy for us to communicate with him, because his understanding of our preferences was really good! He also helped to organize our transfers to Ubud and for the early check-in upon arrival to Villa Kunang-kunang. It was swift and fit our itinerary and preferences. He went all out to assist us. Fabulous! Once again, my heartfelt thanks for all the hospitality rendered during our stay at Villa West. It truly felt home away from home...Till we meet again Mbak Kadek & Reza... A zillion thanks! To Whom It May Concern, I would like to thank your company for the organisation and response to any queries we had prior to our trip. All the staff from Villa Samuan were excellent, extremely polite and obliging in every way. We would like to say a special thank you to Mada and Fundey, they offered assistance in every way possible, meeting and exceeding our expectations. We had many friends visit us whist we were staying at the Villa, the majority we very impressed, and have indicated that they would consider future accommodation at Villa Samuan. We personally would not hesitate to stay at the Villa Samuan again, our only concern would be that during the hotter season it may be a little uncomfortable in the living areas of the villas, will air conditioning be provided in these areas in the future? My family of 6 (5 adults and one 12 yr old) recently stayed at Villa D'Suite and we absolutely loved it! This villa is in an excellent location right next door to Kudeta, has great access to loads of eateries and only 100m from Seminyak Beach. The villa itself was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The pool and garden are lovely, the bedrooms are comfortable and the indoor lounge/dining area is a great retreat from the heat. The staff were fantastic and nothing seemed too much trouble. Hi there (Mita - are you still there?), Its Annie and Craig Rechner; we are 2 of your previous clients (I see you still have our testimonal listed on your website - love that!). Anyway, we're planning on coming back to Bali in March next year, as a special holiday for my 40th birthday - and we're thinking of staying at the Heliconia Villas again as we loved it so much there last time, however we're open for suggestions. So we'd love to get your recommendation on where to stay if you think we should try one of your other villa's this time instead. The dates we're thinking are from Sunday 27 March until around Friday 8 April - so for approx. 10 days - but would love to be in Seminyak for say half that time, and then somewhere else? Possibly not Ubud or Sanur - although both beautiful places, we thought we should explore somewhere else this time. Look forward to hearing from you. Good Afternoon, I am just writing to let you know that we enjoyed our 10 day stay at Villa V2 very much! The amenities were clean & well maintained plus the location of the Villa perfect for our needs. We found all your staff to be friendly & helpful which is extremely important to us....plus the breakfasts were more than satisfactory. We have visited Bali over 10 times in the past and are happy to say that this trip was another wonderful time for us! Hi Komang. Just like to thank you for the stay we had in Villa Kecapi over the last weekend. The villa was very nice and well furnished - we found it very comfortable. We also like to commend the staff - they were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. However, there are a couple of things you may need to know and hopefully you can correct it for future guests. 2 of the rooms had no hot water - apparently one of the heating elements was not working and this was not fixed during our stay there, which meant that they either showered with cold water or used the only other room (ours, the one with twin beds) with hot water. However, it is not a complaint as such. Just want to let you know so that the experience for your future guests can be better. Once again, thank you for all your assistance and hospitality and we look forward to coming back to Bali with All Seminyak Villas. Kind regards - Lenard Cheong.

Dear Mita, I just wanted to say what a lovely stay we had at the Beach House. We thought that every one of the staff were beautifully trained, polite, kind and generally a pleasure to be with.
