Villa Yogan's three bedrooms and recreational spaces cater
fantastically for families. Alternatively, up to six adults will be well
accommodated or - for larger groups, the adjacent two-bedroom Villa
West can be co-booked to allow a group of ten to enjoy a holiday
together on the 'Island of the Gods'.
The spirit of tropical lifestyle will fill guests at Villa Yogan
with its large swimming pool, native garden, thatched roofing and
open-air dining area. Attractive white-washed timber furniture and
reclaimed wooden floor-boards lend a rustic character to keep the mood
casual for a holiday all will enjoy.
Living, Kitchen and Dining
Villa Yogan's common areas have splashes of colour on feature walls
and decor to liven up these spaces. The living area’s thatched roof
rises high over a cushioned rattan couch set, large screen television
with DVD and a unique free-form glass-top coffee table sitting atop a
gnarled tree-root base.
Open to the pool garden on one side, the kitchen and dining area
makes the most of the tropical climate. The kitchen is fully equipped
with cooking and dining appliances and resources and its timber cabinets
and bench tops are all stripped back to display their natural fibre.
The organic feel is continued in the adjacent dining area. It has
raw timber decking underfoot, bamboo-lined ceiling overhead and a
bundled twig chandelier hanging over the dinner table. Six colourfully
cushioned white wicker chairs sit around the round, glass table.
The three bedrooms of Villa Yogan share an exotic outlook, lined up
along the long side of the pool with tropical garden backdrop.
Individual colour schemes give each room its own gentle charm. Beautiful
reclaimed timber flooring brings a dignified antiquity to all three,
complemented variously by tree-trunk segment bedside tables, a stained
timber dresser and shelving, and decorative woven baskets.
The three ensuite bathrooms all carry the rustic theme with plenty
of exposed timber, gentle wall tones and hand-painted tiles. Their
uncomplicated layout includes shower recess, toilet, hand basin and wood
louvre windows for air circulation.
With such a delectable climate, it makes good sense to have plenty
of ways to enjoy it. Villa Yogan provides just this. A generously sized
and refreshing swimming pool is only two steps from each bedroom. On the
poolside decking under the villa's eaves is a three-seater outdoor
couch and an oversize beanbag, both looking across at the garden. Twin
sun lounges sit at the head of the pool and nestled in the
native-planted garden is a lounging platform.
A sliding wall panel can be unlocked to provide access between Villa Yogan and West when a party of guests occupies both villas.
Villa Yogan is ideally located for a cosmopolitan holiday, in a
laneway off Bali's heart of chic, Jalan Oberoi in Seminyak. Trendy
designer boutiques and home wares, restaurants, cafes, bars and luxury
spas are all a short stroll off. A quick taxi ride will see you at the
beach sipping cocktails as the sunsets over the ocean or chasing the
nightlife in the neighbouring precinct of Legian.
Villa Yogan is just 20 minutes from the International Airport.
