With fully-air conditioned bedroom, en-suite bathroom and private pool, Villa Kubu 1 really sounds like your ideal home. Suitable for family for up to 4 adults, the villa is located on Jalan Nakula Gang Baik-Baik, Seminyak.
5 minutes walking distance to Bintang Supermarket, where your entire daily needs available, the villa’s rate starts from USD 495++ per night. The villa offers premium two bedroom villa; each comes with double bed, satellite channel television, IDD phone and internet. There are additional twin beds for your kids in the second bedroom. Bathtub, outdoor shower and hot and cold running water are featured in the bathroom of each room.
The dining area houses 4-seaters dining table and fan, while the kitchen has toaster, stove and refrigerator. There is 7.3 m x 5.1 m swimming pool for you to take a refreshing dip. The young ones will be entertained for hours in the living area and entertainment room.

Situated on Jalan Bumbak 160, Umalas, Moyo Villas has AC bedroom, AC living area and private pool. The villa which is short walking distance to popular restaurant namely La Casetta, had been inspected by us on May 28, 2015.
Available for daily rental at 250++ per night, Moyo Villas is a villa complex comprising 11 units of three bedroom pool villa; each contains double bed, TV channel and internet. The bathroom itself comes with indoor shower, hot and cold running water and towels. Only first bedroom has bathtub.
What’s more? The air-conditioned living area is closeable, furnished with television, internet access, satellite channel and sofa lounge. 6-seaters dining table is fitted in the dining area, also with AC and fan. Don’t miss out the fully-equipped kitchen too; cooking is also fun activity for families.
Here, you can relax in the sun lounger, while the kids enjoy a dip in the 15 m x 3 m swimming pool. Villa manager can be reached on call.
3. Villa Lodek; 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms for up to 4 Adults (From USD 215 per night)
Villa Lodek is situated on Jalan Basangkasa, Seminyak. The villa which is only 5 minutes driving away to Moka Resto and Queens Tandoor, offers night security as its inclusive service.
The villa features 2 AC bedrooms; each comes with double bed, TV satellite, internet and in-room safe. The bathroom in each room has outdoor shower, bath amenities, bathtub and hot and cold running water. Internet is also accessible in the living area, together with sofa lounge and stereo system. 6-seaters dining table is fitted in the dining room, while the kitchen has refrigerator, oven toaster, water dispenser, oven and etc.
The rental rate of Villa Lodek is USD 215 per night. And what’s better? The rate includes private facilities such as pool, 2 sun loungers, pool umbrella and car park.
4. Villa Kubu 999; 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms for up to 4 Adults (From USD 495++ per night)
Suitable for families, Villa Kubu 999 offers two premium bedrooms villa with some shared facilities like restaurant and car park. The villa is located on Jalan Nakula Gang Baik-Baik, Seminyak, where Gado-Gado Beach is nearby.
The bedroom of this villa complex is fully air-conditioned, containing double bed, TV channel, internet, IDD phone and DVD/VCD player. The first bathroom uses outdoor shower with bathtub, while the second one has no bathtub with indoor shower. The living area is spacious, featuring sofa lounge, satellite channel with stereo system and internet. There is 8-seaters dining table and fan in the dining area, while the kitchen is completely equipped with all cooking equipment and utensils.

Having been inspected on June 18, 2015, Villa Kubu 3 offers 3 premium bedrooms villa complemented with entertainment room and shared facilities, such as lobby and bar. The villa which is available for daily rental at 555++ per night, located on Jalan Nakula Gang Baik-Baik, Seminyak.
The first and second bedrooms are located downstairs, while the third one is upstairs; each comes with double bed, TV channel, internet, en-suited bathroom and more. Each bathroom features bathtub, hot and cold water and shower. There are additional twin beds in the first bedroom.
The living area houses all facilities that the guest need inside the villa, such as sofa lounge, internet, satellite television and IPod dock. The dining room has 8-seaters dining table, while the kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, stove and more.
Here, you can relax on cushions in antique gazebo and pool chairs besides the pool while keeping an eye on the kids.
The villa is also close to Ryoshi Japanese Resto and Sip Wine Bar, making mealtime family fun.
